Hello all,

Hope you are all doing well. 
Today I would like to talk about Value, placing value on people.  
I am currently reading a book called "The leader who had no title" by Robin Sharma and there is this passage that stood up to me "Everyone you meet - regardless of their title and the way they appear is someone's son and daughter. Everyone has a story that's worth hearing. And knows some lesson worth learning." isn't that beautiful and true ? 
Some people literally think they are better or superior than anybody else maybe because they have more of a something or detain a higher position but do we not all breath the same air, did we not all came from dust and from dust we will return ? 
Yes, you can better positioned than someone or have more than someone but still knowing how to treat and place value on people, it is the basics.
